About Us

About Power Center Physical Therapy, Aquatics & Wellness
Family-owned physical therapy in the high desert for more than 20 years
We are a husband-and-wife owned physical therapy practice in Victorville, Appleton & Hesperia. Since 2004, we have cared for our neighbors the way we would want our own family cared for.
Our Story
Yvette and Tony Sardillo opened Power Center Physical Therapy, Aquatics & Wellness with a simple idea. A physical therapist should have real time to spend with every patient.
- Yvette came to the United States in 1992 and started her career in neurological rehabilitation in New York.
- She then moved to the high desert and built a brand new hospital rehab department from the ground up.
- She served as Rehab Services Director at Desert Valley Hospital before opening the practice.
- Tony left a career in software engineering after an ACL injury showed him what good rehab can do for a person’s life.
- Together they built a family practice that still feels like one today.
What We Believe
Patient care matters as much as profits, or more. That belief guides every decision we make.
- Your therapist takes time to understand your goals.
- You will always know your plan of care and what treatment will look like.
- You will get a realistic idea of how many visits it may take.
- We celebrate every step of progress with you.
- We treat you like family, because that is how we run this practice.
Who We Help
We help people in Victorville, Appleton & Hesperia and across the high desert get back to the lives they want to live.
- We treat orthopedic injuries and pain in the back, neck, shoulders, hips, and knees.
- We provide pelvic floor physical therapy for women’s health conditions.
- We help people recover strength and movement after surgery.
- Our team has advanced training in neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, hand therapy, and aquatic therapy.
If you are not sure physical therapy is right for you, call us and ask. We are happy to talk it through.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is about you, not paperwork.
- Your therapist listens to your story and learns what you want to get back to.
- You get a clear plan of care in plain language.
- You learn what treatment will look like and about how many visits it may take.
- You leave knowing exactly what comes next.

Our Community
We have called the high desert home for more than 20 years, and this is where we raised our family.
- Our team speaks English, Tagalog, and some Spanish.
- Outside the clinic, you will find us on the trails, on the water, or on the road at a marathon or century ride.
- We are proud to care for the same neighbors we see at the grocery store.
