I can't complain like most of the individuals that have given this business a low review. I was approved for 12 sessions of work conditioning after my accident and surgery. Seems like I'm a lucky individual, because I never had trouble calling in and If I couldn't get through on maybe one occasion, I received a call back right away. I was always greeted and acknowledged when entering the office. It is a very busy business which I agree, but I'm sure there are many people that are seen on a daily. I understand if you have to wait a"few" minutes, but it wasn't like I ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Maybe some people are just impatient and can not schedule appointment accordingly. I worked with maybe 🤔 7 or eight different individuals. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and creative. I was pushed to my limit which helped me become stronger and I learned how to use many of the methods and techniques at work and throughout my personal life. No complaints here. Kudos to all y'all!! This is my 2nd time visiting power center. I went there last year with a blown out disk..a pinched nerve and bone spurs in my neck. I was in an incredible amount of pain and discomfort. I did 12 sessions with Yvette and her staff. After the 12 sessions were completed the numbness and tingling in my right arm went away completely. I regained complete mobility in my neck. My pain went from an 8 to a 1. I went back to work pain free.. It wasn't only what they did when I was there....they also gave me the information and the tools to maintain the health of my neck and spine. They printed out all the exercises and recommended a device I get on Amazon for my neck. Needless to say the device helped my neck and is still helping me to this day over a year later. Due to the nature of my job. I had a flare up in my neck because I was doing some excessive overhead work. So i diligently rerurned to Power Center. They remembered me and welcomed me. With in the last 10 days I had 2 visits. One visit with John and the other with Nathan. These guys are amazing. My neck feels great again. Thank you both!! I don't understand the negative reviews. Again this is my 2nd visit in as many years. Anytime I call Power Center...somebody picks up the phone and accomodates me. They call me before my appointments to make sure that I remember. Everyone is happy and generates a cheerful and professional disposition. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Yvette and the staff. I was sent to Power Center Physical Therapy after my hip replacement. My doctor also recommended therapy for the arthritis in my lower back. They were so helpful teaching me exercises to strengthen the muscles to relieve my pain. I love that I can use the gym and pool free for a year after therapy is over, and I have definitely used that to my advantage. At age 68 I was limited on what I could do and was on a variety of pain meds. As one last effort I tried physical therapy. Nathan at Power Center showed me I have been using the wrong muscles for different tasks and the right muscles were weak from not being used. He watched me, guided me, and taught me how to use my muscles correctly. Now I have a set of exercises that take ten minutes twice a day and I feel wonderful. And I’ve been able to drop most of those meds. Nathan has added years to my life. And he’s a super nice guy. I have had therapy before postoperative but not like this. You are treated as an individual and given personal treatment. They REALLY care about your progress and pride themselves on making you well. My treatment will be a long, hard road and I plan to spend a majority of 2017 there. I am confident I will walk again. I recommend this facility with five stars. Great place to start feeling better. Their therapists work WITH you unlike other places that simply point and direct you then promptly forget about you. They are particular that their patients learn the correct form of exercise so the patient can begin to benefit and heal. They will work with the patient on land exercises and pool exercises. They also offer pool classes, aqua tai chi and have a very nice gym that is available for their patient use. After your therapy program they will train the patient for free if you want to use the gym equipment. Very friendly, positive and professional attitude. (FYI Pool changing area is private and clean.) The owners are committed to helping their patients get better and this seems to be the driving force of their success.William C Trout from Victorville
